Florence Gagnon combines years of experience in queer entrepreneurship and guides many companies creating more inclusive environments. At the head of lstw magazine, she won the Publisher Grand Prix at the Canadian Magazine Awards in 2021. In 2022, she was awarded the medal of the National Assembly of Quebec. In 2023, lstw magazine won the Best Magazine in Canada award.
